Starter for Soups |

Authentic Foods is used a starter for preparation of several African soups
which are served with foods such as Amala, Eba and Pounded yam. |
| Vegetable soup |
Add Esther’s Authentic Ready Stew to vegetables (such as spinach leaf,
mustard green, collard green) and bring to a boil. Add
your meats, fish, chicken etc. |

| Egusi soup |
Cook ground egusi
with to Esther’s Authentic Ready Stew. Let simmer and serve with Amala/Elubo, Eba-Garri,
Pounded yam-- Iyan. |

| Okra soup |
Add chopped up okra to Esther’s Authentic Ready Stew. Heat and
serve with Amala/Elubo, Eba-Garri,
Pounded yam-- Iyan. |
